Service and Calibration

Welcome to Alnor’s After Sales Support Group. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality service available. Each Alnor instrument sold is calibrated using standards of accuracy that are traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) within the limits of the institute's calibration service.

To maintain the integrity of your Alnor instrument, we suggest that you have it calibrated annually. This will insure the accuracy of your measurements and guarantee compliance with industry standards.

Our calibration service includes an NIST traceable certificate with "as found" and "as left" data. Please contact Alnor for current service times.

We operate two service centers. One is for the United States and all other non-European countries. The other is for European countries only.

In order to meet your requirements, we would like to offer you several avenues to contact Alnor in order to return your product for service.

Online Return Material Authorization (RMA) Form We have an on-line automatic Return Material Authorization process. Simply follow the instructions on the website and you will be provided an RMA number immediately after filling out the appropriate online forms.
